Show Notes

In this episode Sherry poses the question, do you plan your life around production that meets a schedule or have some structure with the ability to to wonder as inspiration strikes. Strict sheduling can be a recipe for success in business but could also be a recipe for anxiety, and self criticism that is not in keeping with good mental health. Sherry explores the idea of giving yourself space and acceptance to try different strategies when it comes to how you produce.
