Sherry talks with Marine Corps Veteran, speaker, adventurer, and entrepreneur, Akshay Nanavati. He talks about how life experiences come from engaging in the extremes of the human condition and that darkness isn’t something avoid but to be sought after in order to appreciate the light of life. After serving in the military he was diagnosed with PTSD, not satisfied with conventional treatments he started healing himself using hostile environments and pushing his own physical limits. From cave diving to climbing mountains, he used it as a form of therapy.
