Sherry talks with Marine Corps Veteran, speaker, adventurer, and entrepreneur, Akshay Nanavati. After serving in the military he was diagnosed with PTSD, not satisfied with conventional treatments he started healing himself using hostile environments and pushing his own physical limits. From cave diving to climbing mountains, he used it as a form of therapy.
