The ability to shift energy into the future, set intentions, and build momentum is an important mental health tool. Since change is the only constant, you must be able to enter the mental practice of change. Sherry created and gave her family members a questionnaire to help them think through their desires for the coming year. She shares some of the questions and topics of discussion.
